Samaná Series 1756 Nobles Jar Pigtail
Samaná Series 1756 Nobles Jar Pigtail
Description
Brand Story
This cigar, named after the Dominican Republic's peninsula and made entirely by hand, is produced in the heart of the tobacco metropolis of Santiago. Tabacalera Don Esteban specialises in the production of top-of-the-range long-filler cigars, mainly for the European market. This begins with the purchase of perfectly processed tobacco leaves from the best tobacco-growing regions in the Cibao Valley. It continues with the sorting of these leaves and the meticulous preparation of the different blends, until the well-trained hands of our torcedores roll them into perfectly shaped cigars. Each cigar is individually tested to ensure a perfect draw. After strict controls, the cigars mature for at least three months in the humidors before being checked, selected, banded, checked again, packed and shipped overseas.
Product Detail
The tobaccos in Samana 1756 Gordo have a pleasant aroma of fresh hay and honey. The first puffs are medium-bodied, with wood and leather aromas and hints of toast. Delicate bitter aromas remain in the aftertaste. The train is generally very light. As the smoke progresses, cocoa aromas dominate. If you draw frequently in a row, you can see how powerful the long filler is. Bitter leather aromas are the result. The final third is more intense, with roasted aromas and slightly bitter cocoa notes.
