The tragedy of the lovers of Verona, written by William Shakespeare, was to inspire the name, Romeo y Julieta, of this brand of Habanos created in 1875.

Winston Churchill was one of Romeo y Julieta's most ardent devotees. During his visit to Havana in 1946, his name was not only the subject of a commemorative ring, but was also attributed to one of the brand's most famous models, the Churchill.Trinidad is one of the most prestigious brands of Habanos. The brand was created in 1969 and, like Cohiba, remained an exclusive gift for diplomats and foreign dignitaries for many years. In 1998, the brand was commercialised. The Trinidad brand is aimed above all at Habanos lovers looking for absolute quality with an exclusive character.

The Romeo y Julieta Regalias de Londres is a pretty small format that has a lot to offer. The start of the fresh cigar tastes decidedly spicy and equally sweet. An earthy flavour is established as the basic aroma, which is complemented by nutty and minty-fresh notes. As the smoke progresses, it loses some of its spiciness and becomes sweeter. The name Regalias de Londres means something like The Sovereign Right of London and comes from a different era. It's nice that this little Havana has survived to this day.Launched in 2004 and retired after eight years, this vitola left a lasting mark on cigar lovers. In 2024, Habanos S.A. revived it for the Trinidad brand’s 55th anniversary during the Habanos World Days in London. Presented in elegant boxes of three, the cigars feature three bands, including a commemorative anniversary band and the iconic “T” foot band. The medium-bodied Robusto Extra measures 6 1/8” by 50 ring gauge, with a signature pigtail cap. Hand-rolled with select Vuelta Abajo leaves, it preserves the classic, aromatic character of the original.
