Redbreast Whisky is made at the historic Midleton distillery, now Ireland's largest and most modern. Established in 1903 in an ideal geographical location, the distillery benefits from abundant barley sourced directly from the fertile Cork region, abundant pure water and the proximity of Ballinacurra Bay. A distillery with a unique know-how that oscillates and plays with tradition and modernity, greedily preserves the secrets of Redbreast Whikies.  These pure pot still whiskies are distilled three times in giant traditional copper stills, to obtain the complex, fruity, mellow flavours that are so delicious on the palate, and that have built the unfailing reputation of Redbreast Whisky. These typically Irish whiskies are among the most awarded in the world in international competitions.

Discover Redbreast 15, made exclusively of Pot Still whiskeys matured in the finest oak casks for no less than 15 years. A careful balance of first fill and refill casks accentuates the spices in Redbreast’s signature full and complex flavor. Tasting Notes 

Nose: racy, heady. Cereal, lime, camomile and curry are the initial aromas, which then fade to give way to red fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry). Vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and candied fruit follow.

Palate: sparkling and lively. You bite right into the flesh, blackcurrant berries and passion fruit. The second sip reveals notes of green wood and ylang-ylang. The vanilla has been transformed into cardamom, wild strawberry and gooseberry.

Finish: long, slightly tannic. It offers a considerable range of fruits. For some, the fluffy feel of their skin is pure pleasure.
