Trinidad is one of the most prestigious brands of Habanos. The brand was created in 1969 and, like Cohiba, remained an exclusive gift for diplomats and foreign dignitaries for many years. In 1998, the brand was commercialised. The Trinidad brand is aimed above all at Habanos lovers looking for absolute quality with an exclusive character.
Launched in 2004 and retired after eight years, this vitola left a lasting mark on cigar lovers. In 2024, Habanos S.A. revived it for the Trinidad brand’s 55th anniversary during the Habanos World Days in London. Presented in elegant boxes of three, the cigars feature three bands, including a commemorative anniversary band and the iconic “T” foot band. The medium-bodied Robusto Extra measures 6 1/8” by 50 ring gauge, with a signature pigtail cap. Hand-rolled with select Vuelta Abajo leaves, it preserves the classic, aromatic character of the original.

Brand Story
La Aurora was founded on October 3, 1903 by Eduardo León Jimenes, a hard-working son and grandson of tobacco farmers. Without neglecting his family tradition, he decided to use his knowledge to develop a brand of cigars with a global reach. At 18 years old, the founder inherited some "tareas" of land and began to realize his dream with a small number of six collaborators, great enthusiasm and a lot of effort. Today, more than 115 years later, La Aurora is a family business present on five continents, which employs more than a thousand people and which, under the leadership of his grandson Guillermo León Herbert, continues to cultivate the values of La Aurora: Honesty, integrity, passion for excellence and good relationships with suppliers and collaborators.
