Partagas Serie E No.2 Gran Reserva
Description
Brand Story
If there's one cigar factory that's famous in Havana, it's Partagas. Founded in 1845 by Don Jaime Partagas, it is located in the heart of Havana, on Calle Industria 520. Partagas is immediately recognizable by its deep, earthy aroma. The typical character of the blend comes from a selection of tobacco leaves from the Vuelta Abajo region, chosen for their very rich aromas. Partagas offers a wide choice of vitolas. The best-known are Série D N°4, Série P N°2, Lusitanias and 8-9-8.
Product Detail
Today, Partagás Serie E No.2 is launched on the market as Gran Reserva, a still young format produced with tobacco from the 2015 harvest. The huge Duke format has quickly become the best-selling Partagás. Each Gran Reserva edition is offered worldwide in just 5,000 boxes of 15 cigars each. Only tobacco that has matured for at least five years is used for the filler, wrapper and binder of Gran Reservas, which come from the finest plantations in the Pinar del Rio region. The word “cosecha” means “harvest” in Spanish, and refers to the year in which the tobacco leaves are harvested. A masterpiece of sophistication and flavor, this cigar features a blend of aged tobaccos that harmonize to perfection, offering a complex yet balanced tasting experience. From the first to the last draw, indulge in rich notes of toasted oak, caramel and spices, enveloped in a velvety smoke that lingers on the palate long after the last ash has fallen.
