If there's one cigar factory that's famous in Havana, it's Partagas. Founded in 1845 by Don Jaime Partagas, it is located in the heart of Havana, on Calle Industria 520. Partagas is immediately recognizable by its deep, earthy aroma. The typical character of the blend comes from a selection of tobacco leaves from the Vuelta Abajo region, chosen for their very rich aromas.
Partagas offers a wide choice of vitolas. The best-known are Série D N°4, Série P N°2, Lusitanias and 8-9-8.

The Partagas 898 is probably the most elegant cigar in this brand's entire portfolio. This premium cigar owes its name to the way it is arranged in the wooden box it comes in. The cigar is not in two, but in three layers superimposed in an 8-9-8 ratio.
Partagas' flagship product impresses with its uncompromising, full-bodied taste, which comes into its own after a hearty, spicy dinner or with an exquisite glass of rum. Your smoking pleasure begins spicy and complex, with woody, earthy aromas. As the wine progresses, the Havana becomes increasingly bitter. By the second third, light peppery and floral notes are added, completing the complex taste.
The strength of the Partagas 898 Vanished is aimed exclusively at experienced aficionados. But with a little time and leisure, it impresses with its intensely strong, long-lasting aroma.
