Brand Story

The Mayans already knew where to find the best climatic conditions and, thousands of years ago, grew tobacco in the Santa Rosa De Copán region, a hilly area with a cool climate in Honduras, close to the borders of Guatemala and El Salvador. It is here that the award-winning Flor De Copán cigars are hand-rolled. The brand's success story has been written since the launch of Flor De Copán, and remains unique in its genre, a brand that has captured the spirit of the times and stands out for its excellent value for money. So it's hardly surprising that the brand has won several awards in the past. All formats, with the exception of the Gordito, are wrapped in a cedar leaf, which transmits its fragrance to the cigars and gives them a distinctive, inimitable aroma.Trinidad is one of the most prestigious brands of Habanos. The brand was created in 1969 and, like Cohiba, remained an exclusive gift for diplomats and foreign dignitaries for many years. In 1998, the brand was commercialised. The Trinidad brand is aimed above all at Habanos lovers looking for absolute quality with an exclusive character.

Description

Flor de Copan Linea Clasica cigars take aficionados into the world of unique Honduran tobaccos. These mild to medium strength cigars are characterised by sophisticated nutty and roasted aromas. The taste features elegant notes of cedar wood, roasted nuts and pepper, accompanied by a touch of tobacco sweetness.Launched in 2004 and retired after eight years, this vitola left a lasting mark on cigar lovers. In 2024, Habanos S.A. revived it for the Trinidad brand’s 55th anniversary during the Habanos World Days in London. Presented in elegant boxes of three, the cigars feature three bands, including a commemorative anniversary band and the iconic “T” foot band. The medium-bodied Robusto Extra measures 6 1/8” by 50 ring gauge, with a signature pigtail cap. Hand-rolled with select Vuelta Abajo leaves, it preserves the classic, aromatic character of the original.
