For the first time, Flor de Copán is presenting a special edition for Chinese New Year 2025, the Year of the Snake.
The snake embodies wisdom, intuition and renewal. True to these characteristics, Flor de Copán has created a unique blend: Flor de Copán Year of the Snake 8-9-8. This cigar is handmade and features an original double wrapper that imitates the movements of a snake, as well as a braid that simulates its tongue.
The cigars are packaged in an elegant humidor with the classic 8-9-8 configuration.Launched in 2004 and retired after eight years, this vitola left a lasting mark on cigar lovers. In 2024, Habanos S.A. revived it for the Trinidad brand’s 55th anniversary during the Habanos World Days in London. Presented in elegant boxes of three, the cigars feature three bands, including a commemorative anniversary band and the iconic “T” foot band. The medium-bodied Robusto Extra measures 6 1/8” by 50 ring gauge, with a signature pigtail cap. Hand-rolled with select Vuelta Abajo leaves, it preserves the classic, aromatic character of the original.
