Trinidad is one of the most prestigious brands of Habanos. The brand was created in 1969 and, like Cohiba, remained an exclusive gift for diplomats and foreign dignitaries for many years. In 1998, the brand was commercialised. The Trinidad brand is aimed above all at Habanos lovers looking for absolute quality with an exclusive character.

Launched in 2004 and retired after eight years, this vitola left a lasting mark on cigar lovers. In 2024, Habanos S.A. revived it for the Trinidad brand’s 55th anniversary during the Habanos World Days in London. Presented in elegant boxes of three, the cigars feature three bands, including a commemorative anniversary band and the iconic “T” foot band. The medium-bodied Robusto Extra measures 6 1/8” by 50 ring gauge, with a signature pigtail cap. Hand-rolled with select Vuelta Abajo leaves, it preserves the classic, aromatic character of the original.

All of our cigars are hand-rolled with passion by experts to achieve a level of sophistication and refinement that allows any aficionado to fill their time in style. For the twelfth consecutive year, Davidoff is launching a limited edition to properly celebrate the Chinese New Year. With this launch, Davidoff completes for the first time an entire zodiac cycle, which began in 2013 with the serpent. The dragon is the largest and most important sign in the entire zodiac calendar. Davidoff reflects this in the impressive large format of the Double Corona cigar.

Product Detail 

The limited edition Double Corona is made from 8 different tobacco varieties from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Mexico and Ecuador, which together are 60 years old. The cigar surprises aficionados with an uncut stem, which means that a good 2 centimeters are tasted at first without the wrapper. This requires extreme precision, not only during rolling, but also during assembly. Despite the absence of a wrapper, the initial taste is very pleasant and demonstrates great craftsmanship: The master blenders have succeeded in creating a fascinating taste change as soon as the cover sheet is added and it brings an added depth and complexity of aromas to the experience.
