Trinidad is one of the most prestigious brands of Habanos. The brand was created in 1969 and, like Cohiba, remained an exclusive gift for diplomats and foreign dignitaries for many years. In 1998, the brand was commercialised. The Trinidad brand is aimed above all at Habanos lovers looking for absolute quality with an exclusive character.
Launched in 2004 and retired after eight years, this vitola left a lasting mark on cigar lovers. In 2024, Habanos S.A. revived it for the Trinidad brand’s 55th anniversary during the Habanos World Days in London. Presented in elegant boxes of three, the cigars feature three bands, including a commemorative anniversary band and the iconic “T” foot band. The medium-bodied Robusto Extra measures 6 1/8” by 50 ring gauge, with a signature pigtail cap. Hand-rolled with select Vuelta Abajo leaves, it preserves the classic, aromatic character of the original.

The rich red soil of the Dominican Yamasá Valley posed a significant challenge for Davidoff’s master blenders. And yet, after 20 years of intensive care and attention, they were able to transform the tobacco crop from this once thought barren soil into intricate masterpieces. It is a small miracle that such intense and stimulating pleasure could spring from the earth.

The Davidoff Yamasá Toro cigar presents itself to the aficionado with an appetizing color, a fine gloss and a deliciously oily wrapper. The first impression of Davidoff Yamasá is that of the unmistakable Nicaraguan flavor. Delicate aromas of nuts mingle with those of coffee, cedarwood, earth and black pepper, increasing the pleasure of the aficionado's palate. The deep and complex body of the cigar develops quietly thanks to the elegantly matured Dominican tobaccos from the filler. The more intense yamasá wrapper and undercoat combine with the soft and sweet Nicaraguan condega and spicy Nicaraguan estelí fillings to create a whole new taste experience, at once earthy, spicy and sweet, that gives wings.
