Brand Story 

The famous Cohiba brand, which appeared in 1966, is one of the few labels to have emerged after the Cuban revolution. In 1963, Fidel Castro tasted a cigar made by the torcedor Eduardo Riveira. From then on, Riveira's cigars were used exclusively by the Commandante and his friends, including Ernesto 'Che' Guevara, who was a great fan of the Liga. From 1967, the brand expanded and developed new modules, but it was not marketed worldwide until 1982. Uniquely amongst Habanos up to three of filler leaves , the seco, ligero and the rare medio tiempo, undergo an additional fermentation. This unique process produces a special aroma and flavour you will only find in Cohiba.

Product Detail 

With a length of just 82 mm, the Cohiba Short is as small as a mini cigarillo, but with a diameter of 10.6 mm, it has a much larger circumference. The filler blend uses the same high-quality tobacco as the highly successful Cohiba Mini and Cohiba Club. Thanks to the much larger diameter, the unique Cohiba aroma develops even better, the taste is smooth and rounded, and the cigarillo is not spicy. The presentation of the product is also original. Cohiba Shorts are packaged in an exclusive 'click box' with an innovative opening mechanism. This type of packaging is used exclusively for Cohiba Short and underlines the premium character of the new range. In addition, each Cohiba Short is fitted with a ring in the new Cohiba design and individually wrapped in cellophane for extra protection.
