While the origins of the single malts that make up this gourmet vatted (a blend of single malts from different distilleries) have not been officially revealed, it is highly likely that it comes from the remaining casks of the now-closed Hanyu distillery and single malts from Chichibu. Bottled without chill filtration, this pure malt has been matured in mizunara casks, the famous Japanese oak. The beautiful golden-bronze colour of this whisky is a perfect match for its gourmet, pastry-like profile.
