Trinidad is one of the most prestigious brands of Habanos. The brand was created in 1969 and, like Cohiba, remained an exclusive gift for diplomats and foreign dignitaries for many years. In 1998, the brand was commercialised. The Trinidad brand is aimed above all at Habanos lovers looking for absolute quality with an exclusive character.

Launched in 2004 and retired after eight years, this vitola left a lasting mark on cigar lovers. In 2024, Habanos S.A. revived it for the Trinidad brand’s 55th anniversary during the Habanos World Days in London. Presented in elegant boxes of three, the cigars feature three bands, including a commemorative anniversary band and the iconic “T” foot band. The medium-bodied Robusto Extra measures 6 1/8” by 50 ring gauge, with a signature pigtail cap. Hand-rolled with select Vuelta Abajo leaves, it preserves the classic, aromatic character of the original.

Brand Story 

To create the CAO Session, master blender and brand ambassador Rick Rodriguez took inspiration from the many cigars he had enjoyed so far in his garage and shop. This blend comes from Rodriguez's collaboration with his good friend and colleague Yuri Guillen and is available in toro or robusto.
Soul tobaccos give Session its powerful taste, while a unique post-fermentation of the wrapper deepens Session's taste and darkens its color. But make no mistake, Session is medium bodied and very easy to smoke, perfect for any occasion.
