Quai d'Orsay is a brand designed specifically for the French market. Created in the 1970s, it takes its name from the famous quays along the Seine in Paris. All its vitolas, which are designed to be light, are made from a combination of leaves from the Vuelta Abajo region and dressed in Claro (wax) or Colorado Claro (light brown) capes. All are Totalmento a Mano, Trip Larga (entirely handmade, long filler).

The Quai d'Orsay Corona was available in two versions, Coronas Claro and Coronas Claro Claro. The name behind ‘Coronas’ refers to the colour of the packaging, which in the first case means Colorado Claro (chestnut brown) and in the second case ‘Clarissimo’, which means almost green. However, the second version has disappeared over time. The Quai d'Orsay Corona Claro pampers smokers with pleasant cocoa flavours, combined with woody notes and earthy tones. It is exceptionally mild for a Cuban cigar, making it ideal for beginners.

Brand story
In 2012, Avion Tequila was named "World's Best Tasting Tequila" and "World's Best White Spirit" at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. This luxury tequila is distributed in Germany by Pernod Ricard. Everything about this brand is just right, the high quality presentation and the range consisting of Tequila Reposando, Tequila Silver and the long aging Avion Anejo Tequila, a tequila from one of the most successful tequila producers, which has now won almost every international competition. This Avion Reserva 44 Extra Anejo Tequila comes from Jesus Maria, Mexico and is made from hand-harvested Avion agave that is roasted in a brick oven for 72 hours. After filtering the agave, the tequila is stored in traditional oak barrels for 43 months. During the last month (day 44), it matures in smaller oak barrels that are rotated daily. The distillery then bottles 40% of its volume in unique 0.75 liter bottles. Each bottle is hand-numbered and signed by founder Ken Austin. We present this Avion Reserva 44 Extra Anejo Tequila in a very special gift box.
