Brand Story

Hand-picked organic lemons from the Imperia region of northwest Italy. They are transported to the Vaudois Riviera in St. Legier, where it all began! The lemons are carefully re-examined, washed and then peeled by hand by the family. The rinds are then added to 95° alcohol and syrup from the surrounding area. This is when the maceration begins, which will continue for several weeks in order to extract every drop of lemon essential oil.
