Cognac Selection Des Anges 30 ans Maison Ferrand
Description
Brand Story
Maison Ferrand is renowned for its exclusive use of the life-giving waters of the First Growths, and the chalky soils of the Grande Champagne region are particularly renowned for producing some of the finest Cognac brandies in the region. The distillery and vineyards are located in the commune of Angiac. In the clay and limestone hills to the north of the commune, the favorable climate influenced by the sea produces the finest and most complex Grande Champagne spirits. For the fifth generation of Master Distillers, the Ferrand family, blending is an art and each Cognac is a masterpiece in itself. This passion, combined with the high quality of the raw materials and the traditional "lees" distillation process, creates something magical, even heavenly.
Product Detail
Sélection des Anges from the Pierre Ferrand cognac house is reminiscent of dark larch wood. In the glass, it gives off a scent of macerated fruit that immediately takes over on the palate. Aged for over 3 decades, this cognac is pleasantly discreet and soft, almost feminine, with a touch of cinnamon, jasmine and curry. Ideal with a sweet dessert or as an after-dinner drink.
