They traveled all over the world to source some of the finest and rarest tobacco leaves known to mankind. They visited the jungles of the Amazon, the mountains of Colombia, the valleys of the Dominican Republic and the volcanoes of Nicaragua. And at almost every point on the map in between. And in all their travels, they discovered something. When limitations, obstacles, and impracticality are removed from the process, what remains is a smoking experience unlike any other.

Product Detail

The CAO Amazon Basin Toro is an exceptional cigar made from a rare type of tobacco that only grows in a remote region of the Amazon rainforest. This particular tobacco plant, known as Bragança, is grown in very limited quantities and is only harvested every three years, making the cigar a special delight. The CAO Amazon Basin presents a striking appearance, with a dark, oily coat, rich in aromas. What makes this cigar special is not only the tobacco itself, but also the unique way in which it is made. After harvest, Bragança tobacco is naturally fermented and then rolled into strings, a traditional method used in this region for centuries.
