Por Larrañaga is another Cuban brand with a long history.

Founded in 1834, it has enjoyed an excellent reputation ever since for the quality and style of its Habanos.

Its catalogue features Habanos made from leaves grown in the Vuelta Abajo region.Trinidad is one of the most prestigious brands of Habanos. The brand was created in 1969 and, like Cohiba, remained an exclusive gift for diplomats and foreign dignitaries for many years. In 1998, the brand was commercialised. The Trinidad brand is aimed above all at Habanos lovers looking for absolute quality with an exclusive character.

In 2021, Por Larranaga presented this vitola, which fits perfectly into the brand's premium range. The Galanes were shot by professional bullfighters, as evidenced by the perfect finish of the cape. It shines in a slightly reddish Colorado and is adorned with the manufacturer's minimalist gold banner. Por Larranaga's smokes are characterised by their caramelised sweetness. The cedar aromas typical of Cuba are always present, as are the slightly earthy notes. The nutty, bread-like aromas ensure a smooth density. The Cuban pepper is rarely perceptible, but together with the citrus and delicate salt aromas, it creates a harmonious whole.Launched in 2004 and retired after eight years, this vitola left a lasting mark on cigar lovers. In 2024, Habanos S.A. revived it for the Trinidad brand’s 55th anniversary during the Habanos World Days in London. Presented in elegant boxes of three, the cigars feature three bands, including a commemorative anniversary band and the iconic “T” foot band. The medium-bodied Robusto Extra measures 6 1/8” by 50 ring gauge, with a signature pigtail cap. Hand-rolled with select Vuelta Abajo leaves, it preserves the classic, aromatic character of the original.
