Quai d'Orsay is a brand designed specifically for the French market. Created in the 1970s, it takes its name from the famous quays along the Seine in Paris. All its vitolas, which are designed to be light, are made from a combination of leaves from the Vuelta Abajo region and dressed in Claro (wax) or Colorado Claro (light brown) capes. All are Totalmento a Mano, Trip Larga (entirely handmade, long filler).

The Quai d'Orsay Corona was available in two versions, Coronas Claro and Coronas Claro Claro. The name behind ‘Coronas’ refers to the colour of the packaging, which in the first case means Colorado Claro (chestnut brown) and in the second case ‘Clarissimo’, which means almost green. However, the second version has disappeared over time. The Quai d'Orsay Corona Claro pampers smokers with pleasant cocoa flavours, combined with woody notes and earthy tones. It is exceptionally mild for a Cuban cigar, making it ideal for beginners.

Founded in 1973 to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the Japanese whisky industry, the Hakushu distillery launched its first single malt in 1994. Owned by the Suntory group, Hakushu is run by Shingo Torii, grandson of the founder. His challenge: to promote Japanese whisky throughout the world. Located in the southern Japanese Alps, the Hakushu distillery is set in the heart of a forest park criss-crossed by streams of pure water filtered by granite. This new single malt with no age statement is the latest addition to the Hakushu range, demonstrating all the expertise of this Suntory distillery. It is a blend of lightly peated malts, varying in age from 3 to 18 years, matured in different types of cask. The result is a whisky that is fresh and rich in flavour, with notes of citrus fruit and smoked tea. This whisky develops a floral palette that also reveals vegetal notes, adding freshness to the experience.
