The horse, a symbol of strength, freedom, and nobility in Chinese culture, inspires this special edition. VegaFina also pays tribute to the Caballo de Paso Higüeyano, an emblematic breed of the Dominican Republic, renowned for its elegance and endurance.

For this occasion, the Grupo de Maestros at Tabacalera de García has created a unique blend in the Higüeyanos format (ring gauge 56 x 152 mm), featuring a distinctive pigtail finish. Handcrafted from tobaccos sourced in the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Ecuador, these cigars deliver an intense woody profile, smooth and well-balanced, with notes of coffee, cocoa, hints of molasses, and a sweet, lingering finish.

The VegaFina Year of the Horse 2026 is presented in an elegant red lacquered box with gold detailing, containing 16 cigars arranged in two rows of 8, in tribute to the Chinese lucky number. The cigars feature a double band and a golden wrapper accent, highlighting the exclusivity of this edition.
