In 1882, Antonio Allones, on the strength of his 30 years' experience in the Habano industry, created a new brand which he decided to specialise in top-of-the-range, expensive, high-quality Habanos. Self-confident and ignoring false modesty, he named it El Rey del Mundo (The King of the World). His challenge proved to be a winning one. Its success continues thanks to a well-chosen range of vitolas, justly renowned by connoisseurs for their moderate strength and rich aroma. All the brand's vitolas are made from tobaccos grown in the Vuelta Abajo region and are Totalmente a Mano , Tripa Larga (entirely handmade, long filler).Trinidad is one of the most prestigious brands of Habanos. The brand was created in 1969 and, like Cohiba, remained an exclusive gift for diplomats and foreign dignitaries for many years. In 1998, the brand was commercialised. The Trinidad brand is aimed above all at Habanos lovers looking for absolute quality with an exclusive character.

The medium-bodied Robusto Extra measures 6 1/8” by 50 ring gauge, with a signature pigtail cap. Hand-rolled with select Vuelta Abajo leaves, it preserves the classic, aromatic character of the original.
