Cohiba is the flagship brand of Havana cigars. Created in 1966 for Fidel Castro himself, the brand was manufactured in the greatest secrecy at the time, and is now produced in the world-famous El Laguito factory. Originally, Cohiba cigars were only available outside Cuba as gifts for visiting heads of state and diplomats.

The leaves for the Cohiba brand are the 'crème de la crème' of the five Vegas Finas de Primera, the best plantations in the San Juan y Martinez and San Luis regions. These two sites are both located in the Vuelta Abajo tobacco production area par excellence.

The "1492" line was created to celebrate each of the centuries that have passed since Christopher Columbus discovered Cuba in 1492...Trinidad is one of the most prestigious brands of Habanos. The brand was created in 1969 and, like Cohiba, remained an exclusive gift for diplomats and foreign dignitaries for many years. In 1998, the brand was commercialised. The Trinidad brand is aimed above all at Habanos lovers looking for absolute quality with an exclusive character.

The Cohiba Ámbar is the latest addition to the Cohiba range, which was announced at the inaugural Habanos World Days in 2021.  It matches the rest of the cigars in the Linea Classica and is, of course, made in the famous El Laguito factory in Havana.

The Ámbar is presented with a relatively thick Placeres vitola and measures 53 rings by 132 mm.  Faithful to the Cohiba tradition for the Linea Clasica, it offers medium-strength smoking pleasure and is filled only with tobacco leaves that have undergone the additional barrel fermentation typical of the brand.

Cohiba Ámbar is available in natural boxes of 10 cigars. It is ideal for immediate smoking, but can also be aged for up to a year.Launched in 2004 and retired after eight years, this vitola left a lasting mark on cigar lovers. In 2024, Habanos S.A. revived it for the Trinidad brand’s 55th anniversary during the Habanos World Days in London. Presented in elegant boxes of three, the cigars feature three bands, including a commemorative anniversary band and the iconic “T” foot band. The medium-bodied Robusto Extra measures 6 1/8” by 50 ring gauge, with a signature pigtail cap. Hand-rolled with select Vuelta Abajo leaves, it preserves the classic, aromatic character of the original.
