Trinidad is one of the most prestigious brands of Habanos. The brand was created in 1969 and, like Cohiba, remained an exclusive gift for diplomats and foreign dignitaries for many years. In 1998, the brand was commercialised. The Trinidad brand is aimed above all at Habanos lovers looking for absolute quality with an exclusive character.
Launched in 2004 and retired after eight years, this vitola left a lasting mark on cigar lovers. In 2024, Habanos S.A. revived it for the Trinidad brand’s 55th anniversary during the Habanos World Days in London. Presented in elegant boxes of three, the cigars feature three bands, including a commemorative anniversary band and the iconic “T” foot band. The medium-bodied Robusto Extra measures 6 1/8” by 50 ring gauge, with a signature pigtail cap. Hand-rolled with select Vuelta Abajo leaves, it preserves the classic, aromatic character of the original.

It contains biographies of all 27 brands and includes an easy guide to all their shapes and sizes. Limited editions, Gran Reservas, Reservas and other special productions are explained. In addition, there are chapters on maintenance, ageing and information on cigar tasting.
All copies come with a CD on the inside cover that gives readers the chance to consult "The World of Habano" in digital format. It also allows a quick and easy search for the updated "Complete Guide to Habanos" on the market.
