Returns and Refunds
Order Cancellation by the Customer
If the customer cancels an order after confirmation and payment before shipping, administrative fees equivalent to 5% of the total order amount will be automatically deducted from the refund.
This deduction covers processing costs, administrative handling, and payment processing fees incurred at the time of the order.
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned for any reason, including but not limited to:
- incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer;
- refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country;
- absence of the customer at delivery;
- refusal of the parcel;
- or any other reason beyond our control;
administrative fees equivalent to 15% of the total order amount, as well as return shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund.
No refund will be issued until the returned parcel has been received, inspected, and validated by our services.
Customs Duties and Taxes
The customer remains solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.
Refusal to pay such fees shall in no case constitute valid grounds for free cancellation of the order.
